This is an opportunity for young coaches to learn the most updated drills and techniques used by some of the best coaches in the mid-west. Clinicians may go to all practices and work with the coaches and swimmers on deck. Our coaches will share all drills, workouts, dry land, and racing statagies with all clinicians.
